Milk is disgusting and absolutely nothing can change my mind. Am I lactose intolerant? I don’t know. Even if I’m not, that still doesn’t change the fact that it’s gross and bad for you.

Okay, look. I do hate milk, but there’s literally scientific evidence that it can negatively affect your health so stop whining and just read.
Milk Gives You Acne
Yes, I’m serious. While it may not be directly from the milk, hormones added into it can cause breakouts or worsen existing pimples. While cheese and ice cream are also culprits, yogurt might help calm the inflammations. Remember, it’s mostly plain dairy milk that’s responsible for ruining your life giving you bad skin. If you really want to keep drinking milk, however, be my guest. There are also a lot of non-dairy alternatives out there, like almond and soy milk.
Suprise! You most likely have some degree of lactose intolerance, just like 60% of the global population. In East Asia, the number is even as high as 90%. The reason? Human beings are the only mammals that continue drinking milk after infancy, but the enzymes necessary to break down lactose go away after they’re no longer needed to keep the infant alive. Of course, you could also be the other 40% that never aged past two years old.
Milk is BAD for Your Bones
As young children, your parents often told you to drink milk in order to strengthen our bones and grow. Unfortunately, they were lying, just like they lied about Santa, the Tooth Fairy, and not getting divorced. The truth is that your body barely takes in the calcium from milk; it might even lose calcium and weaken our bones.
When you consume milk, it acidifies your body’s pH level, and in turn, your body starts to neutralize it with calcium. Since most of the calcium is in your bones, guess what your body will utilize first? Yes, you guessed it: calcium. Have fun getting osteoporosis, milk-drinkers.
