On May 10, 2025, choir held their annual spring show. The concert was called “Music Of The Spheres” and showcased music from the band “Coldplay”. They held three shows, one at 1 PM, 4 PM, and 7 PM.
“We’re singing songs from the artist Coldplay, because they made the album called ‘The Music Of Spheres,’” Neel Nambisan (7) said. “In the beginning we will be singing Adventure of a Lifetime, and people will do some solos for other songs. In one of the songs, we all have to take out our phones and use the flashlight tool to wave it around. It’s pretty cool.”
Nambisan also talked about how the choir show, although a bit tiring, was also a lot of fun. The choir kids often had to stay long hours after school but it would be more time to bond with friends and get to know others. It was definitely a “fire” experience that he would want to do again.
“I think rehearsing for the concert was honestly a lot of fun. Although it was a bit tiring staying after school multiple times for multiple hours, I always ended up having fun with my friends. Plus, this is my first year in choir so I wasn’t used to this. Definitely dancing with others was a blast,” Nambisan said.
Overall, it seems that the choir show was a blast to most people. Even people in the audience agreed with this fact. We talked to some parents and audience members about what they thought about the show, and the reviews were all positive.
“The show is amazing. Especially the last number, Fix You, gave me goosebumps. All the candle lighting and the lyrics were so deep. It was incredible. Shiver was amazing as well, I love the choreo and the drama,” Priya Bulsara’s (7) mom, Shana Bulsara said.
