10 Things You Should Do Everyday
- Always make your bed. Making your bed every morning makes sure that when you get home you don’t just fall asleep.
- Eating healthy. Ever heard the phrase an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well its true. Eating some fruits and vegetable in every meal makes you feel better and stronger.
- Exercise every day. Exercising helps you get better sleep at night and helps wake you up in the morning. You should at least work out 5 times a week to not fall back.
- Get out in nature. Getting out in nature reduces stress and makes you more creative. Getting outside just makes you a better person in general.
- Meditate. It increases happiness, your attention span and social support. It decreases anger, depression and fatigue
- Laugh. Laughing makes you a happier person in general and is scientifically proven to let you live longer.
- Drink water. Drinking water makes your skin hydrated and makes sure you won’t have as many breakouts. Drinking water also makes you feel refreshed and helps your health.
- Wear comfortable clothes.When you come home after school why wear your skinny jeans and sweaty shirt
- Listen to music. Listening to music is scientifically proven to help you concentrate especially classical.
- Don’t look at your phone. Take some time to not look at your phone. Read a book or go outside. who knows you might even like it
