When you ask people what a leader is, they could give you the definition that everyone knows: the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. However, there are many qualities to being a good leader, and it’s not always easy to achieve all of them. The book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is written by a professional speaker, John Maxwell and this is what he has to say on how to be a good and trustworthy leader.
- Responsibility: The state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or having control over someone.
Good leaders must be good role models, well-informed in their fields, and worthy of honor. Following these qualities could make you a better leader and altogether, a more knowledgeable and courteous person.
