On Wednesday, February 3rd, we will be having an early release day along with our second enrichment day. Enrichment day is a chance for Mustangs to do activities that normally wouldn’t take place on a typical school day.

Enrichment day offers a multitude of different sessions you can sign up for. There are 13 categories, with multiple sessions under each category. A few of the activites include cooking, crafting, of learning about different cultures around the world.

Most 6th and 7th graders will be able to sign up for four sessions, since the third and fourth sessions are reserved for lunch and advisory. However, 8th graders are required to attend the Westwood Academies fair in either the first session or the second session. As a result, most 8th graders will only be able to sign up for three sessions. Signing up for sessions started at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 27, and ended on Saturday, January 30.

No matter what sessions you may have chose, have a great time during Enrichment Day!
