Personal Review

I think it feels a little different compared to the book, but still, it’s good. It’s just beautifully but thrillingly told between somewhat tangled plots that bit by bit shows emotions of the times of confused and traumatized Meg slowly realizing and changing into another wonderful and more confident person. You can see by the settings that it has a bit of realistic science fiction in it, but if you watch more, you will realize that this is much more than just an adventure. The movie(or the book) contains such deeply and strongly telling statement or questions about; good and evil, love and hatred, knowledge, imperfection, and all those stuff. After you watch this movie, some of you will be kind of stuffed with those thoughts, thinking of what the director, actors, and author are trying to tell.

And also not only the story, but the CGI is pretty great. When the characters teleport/tesser, the first seeing of the planet Uriel, or when they face the IT, I was personally impressed and kind of interested in the scenes the film created. Like, every imagination of a scene in a book takes kind of effort, doesn’t it? I personally liked the look and atmosphere of each scene. I think it’s because the scenes all were kind of another-world-of -the-universe..ish, with each different feeling but a similar kind of magical look.

About The Books

If you want the book, you could read, of course, A Wrinkle in Time, and the other books by Madeleine L’Engle; A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, Many Waters, An Acceptable Time, etc.

The story is like almost the same; Meg finding her father with the help of mysterious space travelers. But there are the following books that tell the following story of the Murry family in the book A Wrinkle in Time. You can kind of know what the author’s style of writing feels like when reading, and the other realistic science fiction stories of the Murry family(next generation). I hope you enjoy the beautifully but thrillingly, strongly told style of Madeleine L’Engle while reading; reading and watching do kind of feel different.

If you’re one of the other people who watched this movie, I would be pretty happy to have you comment your reviews/opinions beneath the article. If you decided to watch A Wrinkle in Time movie, after reading this article, have fun, and have a good time!
