Around the World in 14 Days
People all around the school are going on trips during the two week break (14 days).
“I go to New Jersey every winter to see my family,” Kathryn Markoritz(8) said.
“During winter break I enjoy skiing in New Mexico,” Rachel Chen(7) said.
Your family might still be looking for places to go and there are many places the world is waiting for you to explore, and breaking the habit of staying home will always reward you with a holiday you will never forget. “Going on a trip somewhere during the break seems very exciting,” Caroline Fu(7) said.
Our first stop, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The name Punta Cana in Spanish means ‘tips of white palms’, and being on the caribbean island of the Dominican Republic it rightly proves the fact. Punta Cana is one of the most sought after tourist destination, with it’s pristine white sand and beautiful ocean water, there is a reason why it’s so amazing.
The next stop, the beautiful Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai is a beautiful place with year-round sunshine, amazing beaches, and luxury hotels and malls. Just listing as few you can already see why Dubai receives millions of visitors each year.
This stop, Hoi An, Vietnam. This exotic place is full of beautiful beaches, delicious food, and great history. Travel some more and you’ll see cool bicycles, motor bikes, and boat trips! While inhaling the marvelous air, you’ll see the amazing sights of Hoi An, Vietnam.
For the final stop, we have the extravagant Swiss Alps of Switzerland. The Swiss Alps are a great/luxury place to go skiing and sightseeing. You will see all the pro skiers from all around the world, it’s true these slopes are pretty magnificent.
You could have so much fun going on a trip instead of staying home. These trips might be a little upscale but going on a trip with your family will surely be worth it.
