So basically Analogue (or Analog) Horror is about various videos/channels that release distorted, unsettling, creepy, disturbing videos. They mostly rely on audio as opposed to visuals. It focuses on unsettling imagery. For example, Thalasin+ on Blue Channel. It’s a type of medicine that gives you enhanced emotions instead of “basic” emotions. It’s the extreme version of a normal emotion–so if you’re angry, you feel nage. The types of emotions are quite unsettling. This has also become a meme due to its potential meme energy it gives off. Here are the extreme emotions: humber, nage, dorcelessness, andric, varination, ponnish, harfam, kyne, trantiveness, teluge, loric. Normal emotions: happiness, sadness, anger, fear, relief. Local 58 features broadcasts being hijacked. For example: Weather Service, a hijacked weather channel filled with lore and a lot of glitchy edginess. The Walten Files features a series of “found footage.” It’s similar to FNAF (Five Nights at Freddy’s). There’s more content there, but it is basically a glitchcore creepypasta series about unsettling/creepy (fictional) events made by several different channels. The SCP (or just SCP) Foundation is also one of these, fitting into the category nicely. There’re many others, and you can check all of them out here. Analogue Horror has a glitchcore aesthetic and is based on old-timey advertisements, normally with something wrong going on or it being hijacked. It deals with the horrors of unsettling monsters, or unsettling events, some based on real life, some entirely fictional. Analogue Horror is a category, a certain horror genre, based on old vintage commercials/ads, specifically set in the 60s.  Analog Horror, unlike other trending games, is a Youtube series (though there are fanmade games about it as well, mostly on ROBLOX).
