From Dec 10, 2024 – Feb 4, 2025, Brawl Stars will be doing a collaboration with Toy Story to bring new things to the game including skins, brawlers, and game modes. This collaboration is special because it will last over two months and that makes it the longest one Brawl Stars has ever done. 

“I think this new Toy Story update is fine because it hasn’t fully come out yet and it is a lot like the Spongebob collab but not really the best rewards in my opinion. This collaboration is really fun though and I think a lot of new players will join after they see that Brawl Stars and Toy Story are actually doing a collaboration together,” 7th Grader Nicolas Pan said.

In this collaboration, there are many new things coming to Brawl Stars including new skins based off of Toy Story characters, new rewards, and a temporary new brawler called Buzz Lightyear. The new rewards will be, not Starr Drops, but presents to celebrate Christmas. These presents will have the same rarities as Starr Drops (rare, super rare, epic, mythic, and legendary), but will have new effects and animations every time you open one.

“I think the new things that Brawl Stars has put in in this new update are really cool. My favorite thing is the skins though, because they look really cool and the effects and animations look fire. I also really like the presents and how it is really similar to the egg opening effect in a past event. I am looking forward to the daily freebies though because I heard they will give you a lot of things for free,” 7th Grader Sayan Anand said.   

There are many YouTube channels that post new theories and what they think is going to happen. These YouTube channels are very popular so they always have evidence to back their theories up whether it’s a new post on a social media platform or there is a new animation video giving off hints about a new collaboration. 

This collaboration is really unique because of the duration and the futuristic animations and effects. This update will probably be remembered by many as one of the best updates because of the many new things they brought to this collaboration

“This update, in my opinion, ranks up there with one of the best,” Anand said.
