10 Things You Should Do Everyday

  1. Always make your bed. Making your bed every morning makes sure that when you get home you don’t just fall asleep.
  2. Eating healthy. Ever heard the phrase an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well its true. Eating some fruits and vegetable in every meal makes you feel better and stronger.
  3. Exercise every day. Exercising helps you get better sleep at night and helps wake you up in the morning. You should at least work out 5 times a week to not fall back.
  4. Get out in nature. Getting out in nature reduces stress and makes you more creative. Getting outside just makes you a better person in general.
  5. Meditate. It increases happiness, your attention span and social support. It decreases anger, depression and fatigue
  6. Laugh. Laughing makes you a happier person in general and is scientifically proven to let you live longer.
  7. Drink water. Drinking water makes your skin hydrated and makes sure you won’t have as many breakouts. Drinking water also makes you feel refreshed and helps your health.
  8. Wear comfortable clothes.When you come home after school why wear your  skinny jeans and sweaty shirt
  9. Listen to music. Listening to music is scientifically proven to help you concentrate especially classical.
  10. Don’t look at your phone. Take some time to not look at your phone. Read a book or go outside. who knows you might even like it
