These are my five summer songs. They’re an odd mix thrown together, with a variety of emotions and moods between them, but that’s exactly why I chose them. To me, summer comes at the end of a long school year full of so many memories– some of them grievous, some of them precious, all of them memorable. Summer comes in between everything; it is a time when we can relax, time to live in the present while remembering the past and anticipating the future.
