These delightful cranberry pistachio guilt free energy bites are gluten-free, vegan, healthy, and they just happen to taste delicious. The ingredients of the energy bites also provide numerous nutrients that are imperative for the body.

Dates contain both Vitamin A and fiber. Vitamin A is ideal for protecting eyes, and helps maintain healthy, bright skin. It also prevents the lungs and mouth from developing cancer. What’s great about this recipe is that dates provide a natural sweetness so we don’t need sugar to sweeten it. In addition, dates hold everything together because they are very sticky.

Those little green bits of pistachios in the bites contain lots of good fats and are low on calories. These nuts may be small, but they’re packed full of protein and other essential oils.

According to WebMD, cranberries outrank nearly every fruit and vegetable, including strawberries, spinach, broccoli, red grapes, apples, raspberries, and cherries. These red berries are low on calories and are filled with Vitamin C and fiber.

The last ingredient, sunflower seeds also provide substantial amounts of Vitamin E and magnesium, both crucial supplements.
